Our returns policy

We expect our products to get to you in mint condition. But unfortunately, sometimes things happen – like when the postie got chased excitedly by the friendly neighbourhood dog, and their parcels ended up a bit worse for wear. We get it.

Are things looking dog-eared?

We recommend you inspect your Paw Xplore products immediately upon arrival. 

If the goods are damaged or defective in any way, or if you receive the wrong goods, you need to notify us on the form below within 7 days of your parcel’s arrival. Please include photos of the damaged or defective goods so we can understand what’s gone wrong. 

If we accept that you’re eligible for a refund, we’ll get your refund processed ASAP (in human time, not dog years). 

If we don’t hear from you within 7 days, we’ll take that to mean that everything is just paw-fect


Please note we do not refund if you change your mind, find the same or similar product cheaper elsewhere or make the wrong decision.
